If you have mobility concerns, please note that this apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building and can be accessed through an elevators or stairs, however, there are 5 steps from the front door, unless entering through the car park. The apartment has a staircase within it to access the upstairs 2 bedrooms and ensuite. There is a downstairs bedroom.

Please be aware that we do not oversee the maintenance or management of the elevators.

Guests have private access to the whole apartment and dedicated car park space. If you are staying for a number of nights, you may need to take the waste out to the waste deposit area - details of how to access this can also be found in the Passport.

When you walk out the front door, you will be in the heart of Manchester's hipster and Bohemian district of Northern Quarter You are never more than 20 meters from a bar, restaurant or grocery store.
